Founded in 1993 by Chairman John Dickson, CTA Training Specialists (formerly Club Training Australia) started as a small training company in Queensland, where “Brighter futures are just the beginning”.

Recognising the growing needs of the hospitality industry, we evolved into a national training organisation with offices in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, which are equipped to support the sector’s growth under increasingly stringent statutory requirements. Over three decades later, CTA has grown to provide a full spectrum of training services, including traineeships, and targeted training solutions for the industry. CTA Training Specialists is one of Australia’s leading Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), widely recognised for delivering industry-specific training solutions for the hospitality and business sectors.
