Australian-listed SkyCity Entertainment Group was one of the first operators in the region to reopen their gaming venues amid a loosening of coronavirus restrictions in New Zealand. In this session, SkyCity’s Matthew Ballesty, Executive General Manager gives us an exclusive inside tour into their Auckland flagship property. We hear about the changes that have been made in their gaming and non-gaming sides of the business, including challenges and lessons learned.
