Beyond the Expo’s floor there are many seminars addressing key topics in Australasia including cashless gaming options, Anti-Money laundering, gambling harm mitigation requirements and Central Monitoring Systems.
These seminars provide a key to surviving the current global conditions by staying informed, driving innovation, remaining agile and embracing technology to free staff from the mundane and instead focus on improving themselves and the business.
The Gaming Technologies Association (GTA) which hosts the AGE, works closely with Governments, manufacturers and venue operators to ensure a vibrant, responsible and sustainable future for the industry.
Key topics in Australasia currently include cashless gaming options that address Anti-Money Laundering and gambling harm mitigation requirements, Central Monitoring Systems and regulation of all four.
To tackle these key matters, seminars will start on Tuesday August 13 with an international panel of Vice Presidents from across the globe providing insights into the international gaming and hospitality markets, followed by a regulation update on Anti-Money Laundering measures and technology developments to meet these challenges.
On Wednesday August 14, there will be a focus on the Australasian gaming industry plus innovations ahead, uncover the state of Australia’s economy and tips to survive the cost-of-living crunch and technology to mitigate gambling harm and combat inflation.
The prime initiative on Thursday August 15, will be showcasing female leaders and their achievements in the industry. The day will start with a high-profile women in gaming and hospitality seminar, followed by a presentation about women who are driving industry change and a panel discussing venue initiatives to support and educate their communities on breaking the violence cycle.
